Mantra and Meditation Gatherings

I lead this circle of beautiful people, guiding us through a journey of mantra and meditation. Our circle is infused with the serene sounds of sacred music, drawn from ancient Sanskrit and Buddhist chants. Whether you choose to sing and chant along or simply immerse yourself in the vibrations, the experience is designed to nourish your spirit and centre your heart.

We begin with an opening meditation to ground ourselves and establish a deep group connection. As we progress, we’ll flow through various chants, intuitively selected or via a playlist, allowing the vibrations to guide us into a profound state of peace. Between the music, moments of meditative silence offer space for deeper inner connection and reflection.  There is a unique togetherness through this union of group chanting, where all voices are welcomed, free from judgement, totally free to express your voice as you wish.
