Supporting adults and teenagers through life’s challenges
Within my treatments I offer EFT, Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Relaxation and Visualisation techniques, and Wellbeing Days. My practice covers Bradford on Avon, Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire. For those further afield Skype sessions are available.
My aim is to offer help with all forms of stress related problems, anger and anxiety management, self-confidence development and relaxation techniques for children and adults alike.
SCHOOLS – working with students, one-to-one or in groups, to improve their social and emotional wellbeing, increasing their school participation and achievement.
MiSP .b teacher – bringing Mindfulness to school children aged 11-18 through the .b course,
a 10 x 45 minute format. Proven results to reduce anxiety and depression, improving performance and increasing student’s ability to be calmer and more resilient.
ORGANISATIONS – previous experience with Druglink (Swindon), Off the Record (Bath) and Bath Spa University – working one-to-one or in groups with teenagers, students and adults, to assist with stress control and emotional health and wellbeing.

PRIVATE CLIENTS – working one-to-one with children and adults from a therapy room near Bath, helping in all elements of coping with the stress of life and improving emotional health and wellbeing.
TEENAGERS – working with teenagers one-to-one in a supportive way, assisting with all manner of stress-related issues to enable them to stay calm and cope with the various pressures related to this period of their lives.
BUSINESSES – enabling employers to provide their staff with stress-relief and relaxation sessions with groups and one-to-one for positive health and wellbeing in the workplace.
WELLBEING DAY RETREATS – providing a full day of meditation, relaxation, mindful movement and beneficial positive coping techniques, to give people an opportunity to have time out from their busy minds and busy lives.
